Wholesale Property Opportunities

We offer properties for real estate investors that are below market value. Our properties are excellent opportunities for rent or rehab, depending upon your investment plan. Most of our properties may be listed in MLS and others will only be available through appointment only. Typically we list in MLS if we are offering a bonus for a real estate agent, otherwise, we work directly with you to find a foreclosure, estate sale, or short sale that will meet your needs.
